MICROPILE CASING

Micropiles, also known as minipiles, are small diameter drilled and grouted friction piles constructed of high-strength steel casing. They are mainly used in deep foundation projects to provide structural support, including mining, bridges, highways and buildings. Due to their small diameter and shorter lengths, they are most useful in places with difficult or restricted access.

Synergy offers a broad range of MicroPile products which includes external and internal threads (pin/box) or plain end. Pipe can be prime (w/mill certificates), new mill secondary or used. Synergy also offers third party chemical or mechanical testing of materials.

Threading

Synergy uses CNC lathes for the threading products. CNC lathes can produce a precision finished product by using Computer Numeral Control programming and high-quality carbide tooling. Proprietary machining is performed as needed per special customer requirements. All machined and threaded product is inspected to assure that it meets customer specifications or general standards used by the industry.

Synergy also specializes in non-monogram API and proprietary threads ranging  from 3 ½” to 20” OD.

Helical piles

Also known as anchors, piles, or screw-piles, are deep foundation solutions to secure new or existing foundations. In other words, they do all the heavy lifting. Used most commonly when soil conditions prevent standard foundation solutions. Because of their convenient design, it ensures an easy install. Instead of large excavation work, they thread into the ground which minimizes installation time and transfers the weight of the structure to load bearing soil.
